BPS 4448M

BPS 4448-M — Backup and Primary Power for Home and Business with Alternative Energy Options
Specifically designed for versatility, the BPS 4448M is an expandable turn-key system able to provide back-up power or off grid power for residential or business use.

In the event of a power failure, the system will detect and instantly power powering critical loads for extended outages utilizing its 4400 watts continuous power output rating and eight maintenance-free AGM batteries standard. Extending backup run time is possible by adding batteries or connecting to a fossil-fuel generator.

The BPS 4448M can integrate renewable energy sources (Solar, Wind, and Hydro) to recharge itself to extend backup run time. Until utility power is restored the system acts as a surge protector between utility power and appliances and does not allow back-feeding to the utility power grid.

The BPS 4448 is also ideal for off-grid applications by combining the output power, backup battery bank and renewable recharging options.

Common Applications: security systems, furnace fans, refrigeration, computers, sump pumps, phone systems, or anything that runs on 120 or 240 Volts.

All renewable energy options and generators are available from Backup Power Source. Standby generators require installation involving permanent outdoor placement, electrical wiring and fuel source connections. A licensed electrician is required to install and wire all BPS systems and a trained professional is recommended for final connections of gas and electric.

* Every installation is unique. Backup time varies according to battery size, number of batteries, and power draw. Picture may vary from actual installation.
